Barry Tatum served the residential real estate appraisal community for 16 years.  Appraising over 5000 properties in the greater Chicago area provides tremendous insight on what can be accomplished in today’s real estate market. The new RE market created many challenges for RE Appraising. The changes to the industry created a void that is no longer filled by accepting and completing appraisal assignments.

In May 2009 he enrolled in the LandMark Forum.  The time spent within this amazing training was the catalyst to many breakthroughs. The Land Mark Education platform is highly recommended for those desiring to develop leadership and people skills. This is not your typical run of the mill education. There are fancy textbooks, the curriculum revolves around creating a life centered on possibility.
